Walk Leaflets

We have produced a number of walk leaflets for you to try out. Each walk is circular and has been created and tested by Wayfarer volunteers. Walks are rated easy, moderate or hard, with the Family Walk being fully accessible for pushchairs and wheelchairs. Our leaflets are available free of charge in many outlets in and around Weardale.

Wolsingham Walk 1: Memorial Walk (Thornley)

A circular walk between the Wolsingham and Thornley War Memorials. 7 miles medium.

A circular walk between Wolsingham, Hill End, and Frosterley via the Elephant Trees. 13 miles hard.
